4 Foods That Will Surely Control Your Cholesterol Levels

We all know that eating some foods increases blood cholesterol but same is true for reducing it. Eating in way that frighteningly increases cholesterol levels is easy but few simple tweaks to your diet can play a vital role in controlling your cholesterol levels.

  4. Olive oil: Use healthy cooking oils such as olive oil that will supply antioxidants. Antioxidants will promote the synthesis of good cholesterol and reduce the bad ones. At least try to use two tablespoons of olive oil in place of other fats.
